1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & KYC

Key deposit conditions that all players should note:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and player account status.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your bmax88 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Conditions:

7 Game Rules & Fairness

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by bmax88's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Players may close their account by contacting the bmax88 support team. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be refunded via the player's verified payment method.

bmax88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a player's account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation;
• An account is found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age;
• The account holder is found to be a self-excluded player who registered in violation of an active self-exclusion order;

Where account closure is initiated by the player for personal reasons and no breach has occurred, all verified real-money balances will be returned within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
